Unfortunately I no longer have the link for Sundays sale. However the same seller has re-listed the upcoming single again yesterday, so they clearly have a whole batch to sell. I am sure that anybody who put in a big offer for Sundays auction would have been offered a second chance to buy.
Katherine's current single was also re-listed yesterday but with a different seller. I bought a copy of this on a second chance to buy offer quite some time ago. I hope this is the information you are after.

Hi Tricia
Just to say that since my last message a further 2 copies of Can't Slow Down/Black Is The Colour have been listed by another seller. Between them they have already attracted 8 bids & they have only been available for a couple of hours. This is highly unusual and shows how much interest there is for these promo singles.

| it makes no sense to me that we cant purchase all realeses by katherine,from the fan site,i have everthing that katherine has released,most from outside the site.?the site store is not updated.why not?

| Hi , just read what mike and paddy wrote since i messaged you, I have to own up i have bought singles from ebay and some have been from a second chance offer. so while you wait for warner bro's to answer. we can only wonder how many promo's they dish out free and are sold for profit when the fan site could set a fair price for them and perhaps pass on any profits to katherine's fav charity. hope you get a reply soon.

| Hi Everyone I've received a reply from Katherine's Management:- 1) The new single will be download only. 2) The Promo CD's (on Ebay) are never available for purchase and they think it might be illegal to sell them. This is being investigated. Take care Tricia

Hi Tricia
This is a very disappointing reply from Warners. These promo CD's are great little items, and clearly quite a lot of people are keen to get copies. Warners are producing and distributing them to various places, so what is the problem in making some available for us to buy? It would have been much appreciated if they could have supplied an explanation as to why these singles are never made available for purchase. Perhaps there is a very good reason, but I can't think what it could be.
Finally, it was not my intention to cause any problems or get into any areas of what is legal or not. My only aim was to be able to make copies of these singles available for more people to purchase and enjoy.

| hi Tricia, Thanks for trying to get singles released, i spoke to a local radio dj a few days ago who told me that they end up with box loads of promo's and that most dj's give them away or sell them to record shops when they have kept what they want and have done this for years. although now with the likes of hmv not selling many cd singles they are able to ask what they like {with reference to mikes comments} so the ebayer's will be our only supplier! I wonder do warners want to sell Records! to the fans or not. Just an afterthought katherine was great this morning on daybreak plugging the song we can't buy on disc apart from the album that most of us will have already bought. or download!
